The Society has recently adopted Membermojo which is an online membership management software. Membermojo is used by clubs, associations and charities across the UK to improve administration and provide members with a simple, quick and modern way to manage their membership

We expect the system will bed in during 2025 to help us with a range of functions inlcuding online membership applications, membership renewals, keeping a central member database and distributing emails. Some of you may have already received emails confirming your membership payments. It has already helped us with distribution of the 2025 Programme and enabled emails from the Chairman.

The Society has also prepared a Privacy Policy to spell out our approach to compliance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
